DevOpsX Usage Policy

Effective: September 7, 2025

This Usage Policy (also referred to as our "Acceptable Use Policy" or "AUP") applies to anyone who submits inputs to DevOpsX's products and/or services, including via authorized resellers, integrations, or passthrough access (collectively, "users").

The purpose of this policy is to ensure safe, lawful, and responsible use of DevOpsX's AI-powered DevOps platform while helping our users maximize value and mitigate risks.

We will update this policy as our technology evolves and as we learn about new or unanticipated risks.

High-Risk Use Cases Include:

  • Products serving minors: Any service enabling minors to interact with DevOpsX must include appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable child protection laws.
  • Agentic or automated actions: Users must ensure safeguards to prevent AI-driven automation (e.g., scaling resources, deleting infrastructure) from causing harm, misuse, or system outages.
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP) or integrations: Any use of DevOpsX within connector ecosystems must comply with our integration guidelines and be appropriately secured.

Monitoring & Enforcement

DevOpsX's Safeguards and Security team may implement monitoring, detection, and output filtering to enforce this Usage Policy. If we determine that you have violated this policy, DevOpsX may:
