9. Limitations of AI
DevOpsX uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning models to provide insights, recommendations, and automations. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, it is important to understand the inherent limitations of AI-driven systems:
a. Accuracy and Reliability
- AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
- Responses may not reflect the most recent cloud provider updates, security advisories, or compliance regulations.
- Automated actions may not always align with best practices for your specific infrastructure.
b. Human Review Required
- AI outputs are intended to support, not replace, human judgment.
- You are responsible for validating, reviewing, and testing any recommendations or automated actions before applying them in production environments.
- DevOpsX does not guarantee that AI outputs are suitable for your business needs without expert validation.
c. Bias and Limitations in Training Data
- AI models may reflect biases or limitations present in the training data.
- Certain contexts, regional compliance standards, or edge cases may not be fully captured by the system.
d. Compliance and Legal Use
- AI outputs may not always meet specific compliance obligations (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, or SPAPI requirements).
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated outputs complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
e. Risk Management
- You agree not to rely solely on AI recommendations for decisions that may impact financial outcomes, legal compliance, or critical production systems.
- DevOpsX is not liable for damages arising from reliance on unvalidated AI-generated outputs.
f. No Guarantee of Results
While DevOpsX is designed to optimize costs, enhance security, and improve DevOps efficiency, we do not guarantee specific savings, performance improvements, or compliance outcomes.
By using DevOpsX, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to exercise independent judgment and due diligence when relying on AI-driven outputs.
